Map material as shown on the Interactive Map is made available as much as possible. Below are various options for using the map material in your own software.
Important: Despite efforts to achieve uniformity in cartographic databases, this has not yet been achieved across the board. This applies in particular to projection systems. The reason for this is that the data originates from different user environments. Users will need to convert the data to the desired projection system themselves
WFS and WMS services
The map material can be imported into your own software as a WFS or WMS service via the following URL:
https://www.gdngeoservices.nl/geoserver/nlog/ows |
The following map layers can be found in the WFS and WMS services:
WFS
| Map layer | Description | CRS (original, geografic) |
| 2D seismic | Locations and metadata of Mining Act and non-Mining Act 2D seismic lines | ED50 (EPSG 4230) |
| 3D seismic | Locations and metadata of 3D seismic datasets | ED50 (EPSG 4230) |
| All boreholes | Locations and metadata of all boreholes | ED50 (EPSG 4230) |
| All licences | Locations and metadata of all licences | ED50 (EPSG 4230) |
| Borehole trajectories | Locations of the trajectories for all boreholes | ED50 (EPSG 4230) |
| Fields | Locations and metadata of all fields (hydrocarbons, geothermal energy, storage, etc.) | ED50 (EPSG 4230) |
| Mining facilities | Locations and metadata of all mining installations (hydrocarbons, geothermal energy, storage, etc.) | ED50 (EPSG 4230) |
Important: Some map layers (boreholes, borehole trajectories, and 2D seismic) contain a large number of data points. Make sure your application is set up to load all data points.
